1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "you", "the Player" or "the User"), and KC666 (hereinafter "KC666", "the Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kc666.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using KC666 in any manner — including browsing the Website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. KC666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 16 below.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the KC666 platform, created through the registration process.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the total of deposited funds, winnings and bonus funds held in a Player's account, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents or bonus amounts credited to an account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Content" means all software, games, text, images, data, graphics, audio, video and other material available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before certain account actions, including withdrawals, are permitted.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own payment source, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means the sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games and any other gaming or wagering services provided through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on KC666. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.3 Personal Use Only

You must register and use KC666 solely for your own personal entertainment. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party, or sharing account access with any other individual, is prohibited.

3.4 Residency and Jurisdiction

KC666 does not accept registrations from, or knowingly provide Services to, individuals residing in Prohibited Jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using KC666 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. KC666 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds where a Player is found to be resident in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You agree to keep this information current and to notify KC666 promptly of any changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. KC666 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must notify KC666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees or balance adjustments applicable to dormant accounts will be communicated to the registered email address before any deduction is made. Players are advised to log in periodically or contact support if they intend to return after extended absences.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your KC666 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Closure requests are subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC and applicable payment method terms.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

KC666 is required to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) as part of its compliance obligations. Verification may be triggered at registration, upon the first or subsequent withdrawal request, or at any time KC666 deems appropriate.

5.1 Documents Required

Typical documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users this may include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport;
• Proof of residential address where required;
• A selfie or liveness verification check;
• Proof of payment method where applicable.

5.2 Document Integrity

You must submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Submitting falsified, altered or fraudulent documents is a serious offence that will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where required by law, referral to relevant authorities.

5.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

KC666 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality or place restrictions on an account pending completion of KYC. Funds will not be released until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

6.1 Available Methods

KC666 references familiar Pakistani payment options including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT) as contextual guides. Actual payment methods available in the cashier at any given time may differ and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Currency Display

Where applicable, balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Actual transaction processing may involve currency conversion depending on the payment method and operator banking arrangements. Any applicable exchange rates or conversion fees will be presented at the time of the transaction where possible.

6.3 Deposit Limits

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible to withdraw, you must have:

• Completed the required KYC verification process;
• Satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance;
• An account in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions;
• A minimum withdrawal amount meeting the threshold set for your chosen payment method.

7.2 Processing Times

KC666 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing depends on the chosen payment method, KYC status and internal review requirements. No timeframe stated elsewhere on the Platform should be construed as a binding commitment.

7.3 Identity Matching

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered KC666 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

7.4 Right to Withhold

KC666 reserves the right to withhold, delay or void withdrawal requests where fraud is suspected, where KYC has not been completed, or where the withdrawal would result in a breach of any applicable regulatory requirement.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spin equivalents, reload offers, cashback promotions and any other promotional incentives offered on KC666 are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the more specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered a defined number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution weightings and time limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

KC666 actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using matched betting strategies in conjunction with bonuses, creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, and exploiting errors or miscommunications in promotional terms. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have its bonuses voided and may face permanent suspension.

8.4 One Bonus Per Player

Unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once. Duplicate claims through secondary accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.

8.5 Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins will expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will result in automatic removal of the bonus amount from the account balance.

9. Gameplay & Betting Rules

9.1 Game Integrity

All games and betting markets on KC666 are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer technology provided by the Operator's technology partners. 9.2 Sportsbook Rules

9.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, KC666 reserves the right to void and reverse affected rounds or bets and return stakes to the Player. KC666 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

9.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on KC666 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain advantage on the Platform;
• Collusion with other players, including sharing information about hands or markets to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in game logic or settlement systems;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing other players or KC666 support staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or copy any element of the Platform's software or content.

11. Responsible Gambling

KC666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following player protection tools which you are encouraged to use:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — Set a cap on the maximum losses you are prepared to accept within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — Set alerts or automatic session endings after a defined period of play;
• Cooling-Off Periods — Take a short break from gambling without permanent account closure;
• Self-Exclusion — Request a defined or indefinite period of exclusion from KC666.

12. Intellectual Property

All Content on the KC666 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio and video — is the property of KC666 or its licensed technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform without the prior written consent of KC666.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KC666 and its directors, officers, employees, technology partners and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, third-party network outages or force majeure events;
• Any financial loss arising from the Player's decision to participate in gambling on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Suspension & Termination

14.1 Operator Rights

KC666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or suspicious activity;
• Continued operation of the account would expose KC666 to regulatory, legal or financial risk;
• The Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

14.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for cause, KC666 may void any pending or unclaimed bonuses and retain funds where permitted under applicable law and these Terms. Real Money Funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method where legally required.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KC666 is incorporated or licensed to operate. For Pakistani users, this does not imply that Pakistani law governs this agreement, nor does it constitute a claim that KC666 operates under Pakistani law or with Pakistani government authorisation.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable operator licensing jurisdiction. Users are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the enforceability of these Terms in their own jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

KC666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, KC666 will endeavour to notify registered users via the registered email address or a prominent on-site notice prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 4.4.
